What started as something as simple as oatmeal infused foaming soap for my children back in 2016 has now turned into skin obsession and daily rituals of a whole skincare line and growing. I personally cannot live without these things now and I am completely overjoyed with everything I have created. Changing a few things puts you on a journey to a healthier you and a sustainable skincare routine for your family.
Naturally eating healthy helps your skin but lets face it, some of us don't want to eat healthy every moment we are hungry, but most of us. try. Nosh Body gives you a chance to at least be organic on the outside and start making your skin, the largest organ of the body healthy. You will see the difference in your skin by putting organic luxury products on. The amazing thing about your skin is how it works it's way in...yes, it gets absorbed into your bloodstream. Nosh Body Company
Nosh Body Co is a small business in Orange County that was started by Shalene Bain (the definition of Bain in French is Bath) it's no wonder she was drawn to skincare. Shalene, a native to Monterey, California, left in 2008 and relocated to Rochester, Minnesota. While in the Midwest she learned about skincare when she worked for Shiseido, a high end Japanese skincare and cosmetic company. She trained with their company in the twin cities of Minnesota, receiving certifications with their company in skincare & makeup artistry as well as facial massage.
Now years later and living in Southern California's Newport Beach, she is the mother of two young children. Now when she thinks of skincare she has their best interest at heart. She first started to make them NOSH BODY, nosh is a yiddish word for eat or snack, she likes to think of it also as (Nourishing Organic Simple Healthy). The skin being the largest organ of the body she thought why shouldn't we be feeding our skin the best, she didn't want to put all those harsh preservatives and toxins on her children. She started with an all natural homemade foaming body wash infused with organic oatmeal, next she added an amazing soothing apricot oatmeal balm to help her sons sensitive skin stay hydrated year round. She also created a luxury organic body scrub for herself. Next she was getting requests from other mothers to make Nosh Body for their families. She has been adding more organic and some vegan skincare and body treatments to her line. Nosh Body has been growing as she and her children grow. We are so excited about Nosh Body products and know they are truly held to her high standards, she only uses the best and highest quality ingredients. Shalene puts her heart into everything she does, so you know that everything she makes has been created with ultimate care.
