Gentle Cleansing Foam:
Gently mix product before use, it is all natural organic and vegan and will settle
(There is a black safety to remove before 1st use, you may keep this and replace on pump to keep children from playing with foam or while traveling) Also, to prevent the pump from breaking pump from the back of pump when using.
As with all Nosh Body Products a little goes a long way.
Dispense only a few pumps to cleanse the body. (Note: I do not recommend loofa for many reasons and definitely not with the foam, it will just get wasted.) That is what exfoliating is for. I advise using your hands.
When cleansing the body and face you will only need a minimal amount of products, including when you shave. You do not need a lather or it to look like shaving cream to work, you apply and shave just as if you are washing.
When cleansing children or adult hair, short hair you only need 2 pumps, longer hair you need more but you do not need a huge lather for hair to be clean.
By using this product I have replaced several items in my home, reducing clutter and there is less waste. This is such a multipurpose item that is so earth friendly.
Body Scrubs:
Wash body first to have fresh clean skin.
Turn the water off before using body scrub. This will allow for the best exfoliation as well as not getting water into your product.
Use the wooden spoon provided with your scrub and scoop one generous scoop, place into hands and rub together to spread product
You will repeat this part each time for each area of the body listed in the instructions
Starting at the bottom of one leg first starting with the to of the foot, scrub using circular and large oval sweeps up and around the calf and front of the leg, taking your time on each area and being gentle on the skin
Using the spoon scoop and repeat moving to thigh area, move to other leg and do the same
You will continue using the scoop for each area, moving to torso, lower back, buttocks, upper arms, neck and shoulders, lower arms and tops of hands.
Once you have completed the whole body gently go over skin one more time with hands.
Rinse with warm water (not hot) and using the same sweeping circular and long oval motions starting in the same areas that you applied product begin to rinse away product. Be careful because ground may get slippery as you rinse.
Once you have all the exfoliant off you may pat the skin dry. Please do not rub the skin harshly, this damages the skin.
Your skin will completely soft and hydrated after use.

Body Butter:
Apply a small amount into hands and rub together in palms
Gently spread over semi wet or dry skin, this can be used all over the whole body or an area where you need extra hydration. Beeswax will help lock in moisture and retain a beautiful glow.
This will soak into the skin and not leave a heavy oily feel
Please store in cool place out of sunlight, if the product liquifies you may place it in fridge for 15 mins to firm up.
Vegan Bain Bubble:
Shake VERY well to mix product before use. Always open container away from the face or children's face incase any pressure buildup is inside the container.
Place approximately 3-5 Tablespoons under running tap in bathtub.
It is always best to agitate the water while filling the tub to help bubble process
Children can sit in tub and play as long as they like with this bubble bath, this product is made to be gentle on the skin (please read ingredients prior to use to make sure you or your child has no allergy to natural ingredients in this product)
This product is plant based and is biodegradable as well as unscented

Serums:
Shake for 15 seconds to mix product, the serums are in a pump container or dropper
Best used on clean skin.
Spray about 5xs over face or into palms of hands and pat into skin prior to facial creams or eye cream (avoid eye area when spraying if you have sensitivities to ingredients) .
Follow up with Cocoa Latte Eyeincg which is our eye cream and Rose Goddess Retinol, notice you will use less product after using your Nosh Body Serums.
Spritz:
Shake well to mix product, the Spritz is a light mist for the skin that has a huge impact on it!
Spray about 5xs over face or concentate on areas of discoloation and uneven tones, use before serums and lotions.
Avoid spraying the eye area or directly into eyes
Follow up with our NEW Hyleronic Lemon Jelly then a Serums and the Cocoa Latte Eyecing. A little goes a long way with all products. Overuse will not make the skin get more clear faster and only has an absorbtion rate that will not increase or change so be patient. You will notice a change in the skin and it is effective by continued use.
*Note the Orange Blossom Vitamin C Spritz is a lighter mist that can be used over skin to refresh and help discoloration of skin so please use an SPF daily and protect the skin from sun, with any products.
Organic Pepper -Pout:
Shake and mix product prior to use
Test a small area prior to use and please review all ingredients to ensure you do not have an allergy to anything in this product.
Make sure your lips are clean. Start small when using this product as it may be very hot. I recommend only placing on the bottom lip to start and rubbing the upper and lower lip together. Doing this will stimulate the process, the more you rub in the better the results. If it is not tolerable you may wipe off and it will still show results as you build tolerance.
The color will be a light orange hue and will dissipate as you rub your lips together, if there is still some light color you may wipe it off and proceed with your regular lip routine. If you feel like you need plumping awhile later you do not have to reapply (at least not for a few hours) simply rub the lips together again stimulating them and they should feel warm again also putting your regular lipstick or gloss will help.
You may use this product up to 4xs a day, it is recommended that at bedtime you use a moisturizing lip balm

Rose Goddess Retinol Serum:
Apply to clean skin. Shake bottle to mix product, use dropper to remover serveal drops into hands and apply to face and neck, avoid eye area. A little goes a long way. When starting this product for first time, space out usage to 3x per the week. This will allow you to get a feel if you need to scale back or if you do well you can do additional times the following week. Itching may occure and is normal with pure Vitamin A (retinol). You can scale back on usage if this occures but is normal as your skin gets use to the product.
