The United States is facing a serious problem with the increasing rates of COVID-19 infection. The best way to protect yourself these days from contracting the virus is by wearing a mask. Experts report that wearing a mask can reduce the chances of transmission from an average of 17.4% to 3.1%. While that is good news for people who fear the viral infection and want to protect themselves but wearing a mask for long periods can lead to several embarrassing and uncomfortable skin issues such as zits, blemishes, and pimples. The rising rate of breakouts has led to a new term coined ‘Maskne’ to describe the skin condition caused by the continuous usage of face masks. Mask causes friction of fabric against the skin and can irritate the hair follicles that results in increasing acne flare-ups. So, how can you prevent the dreaded ‘Maskne’ without increasing your risk of contracting the virus? Here are some expert tips to help you out: Wash That Mask A lot of people keep using their fabric masks for days without washing them. They put them on when going out and pull them off and toss them in a sunny spot in the car when they get back home, hoping the sun will kill the microbes. If you are guilty of this behavior, you are not alone. While the sun and the heat can help kill the virus, it also allows microbes to grow and breed in the fabric. When you put on the contaminated mask back on, the bacteria attach to your skin, causing it to breakout. Make sure you wash and dry your mask properly before each use with hypoallergenic and dermatologically friendly products to avoid irritating your skin. Avoid Tight Masks If your mask is too tight, it will cause excessive friction of fabric on skin and lead to irritated and inflamed skin that is prone to acne flare-ups. Use masks that are comfortable to wear and not too tight. However, they should also not be too loose to let the viral bacteria in from the sides when you breathe.

When it comes to finding the right cleanser, most of us take our time—and rightfully so. There’s nothing worse than splurging on an expensive cleanser, only to realize that it smells like a floral explosion. And while picking the right cleanser is essential, following the right routine is equally important. While you may already have an impressive cleansing routine in place, it’s likely that you’ve overlooked a step or two. We’ve rounded up a step-by-step guide to help you cleanse your face like a seasoned pro! 1. Opt for a Nourishing and Hydrating Cleanser Harsh cleansers can wreak havoc on your skin. While you may emerge out of the bathroom with a squeaky clean face, a plethora of skin issues will begin to manifest in the long run. Harsh cleansers strip the skin of its natural oils and damage the external barrier. If your cleanser includes toxins like parabens, phthalates, fragrance, SLS, formaldehyde, and alcohol, the skin health red flags will come fast. Over time, you’ll notice an increase in premature signs of aging, textural irregularities, dullness, dehydration, and flakiness. Prevent the damage by opting for a nourishing and hydrating cleanser that’s infused with nutrient-laden organic ingredients. Our Coconut Key Lime Cleansing Cream is a powerful cocktail of coconut oil, cocoa butter, jojoba oil, sunflower seed oil, and aloe liquid. The gentle ingredients effectively remove dirt, oil, makeup, and debris without damaging the external barrier of the skin. The outcome? Plump, firm, and radiant skin that appears visibly clearer. 2. Always Wet Your Face First In recent years, there’s been an increase in people applying cleansers on dry skin. Sounds counterproductive and nonsensical, right? Despite the obvious nature of the faux pas, people have been skipping H2O and have been using their cleansers on bare skin. This is a big no any way you look at it. Water makes it easier for the ingredients to penetrate your pores and work effectively. While it may sound tempting, avoid skipping water at all costs. Your skin will thank you in the long run! 3. Gently Massage Your Face When it comes to working your cleanser into your pores, striking the perfect balance is imperative. Use too much force and you’ll end up with broken capillaries. Use too little force and you’ll fail to adequately remove makeup, dirt, and debris. We suggest using gentle pressure and working the product into your pores for 2–3 minutes. This will ensure a thorough cleanse and will eliminate the chances of residue. There’s a reason why double cleansing has become so popular lately; it works like a charm. Even if you don’t use an oil-based cleanser, use your regular cleanser a second time to get rid of any traces of makeup, dirt, and debris that may have stayed put. While you can use the same cleanser, we suggest opting for a different product to ensure a gentle yet effective cleanse. Our Chia Coconut Charcoal Soap and Oatmeal Cleansing Foam are great options. 4. Use a Konjac Sponge Konjac sponges are pure genius. The gentle facial exfoliators are made from the Asian konjac root and gently slough away dead skin cells. If you have problematic and acne-prone skin but can’t seem to wave your Clarisonic goodbye, you may be inadvertently doing your skin more damage than good. A konjac sponge is a great alternative that gets rid of impurities without causing irritation. Opt for a black charcoal konjac sponge if you have oily skin. The powerful tool effectively absorbs excess oil and toxins while killing acne-causing bacteria. If you have sensitive or combination skin, opt for a green tea konjac sponge. For normal skin, invest in a clean natural konjac sponge that refreshes your skin and reveals a stunning natural glow. Browse through our collection of konjac sponges to find the right option for your skin type. 5. Use the Right Temperature of Water to Rinse Your Face While this may sound a little unusual, using the right temperature of water to rinse your face is a golden cleansing rule.
Between double cleansing, rinse your face with lukewarm water. This will help remove impurities more easily. Avoid hot water at all costs. Once you’ve finished cleansing your face, splash your face with cold water to close your pores. This will also create the illusion of tighter skin and less visible pores. More importantly, it’ll prevent bacteria from camping out on your face and causing breakouts. Of course, take special care to ensure you’ve gotten rid of every trace of cleanser on your face. Rinse your face repeatedly until you’re good to go! Ready to give your new cleansing routine a go? We’re currently offering 15% off on all orders placed before 1st August. Indulge in your favorites to give yourself some much-needed TLC this lockdown! Chasing glowing skin has become the bane of our existence. Don’t get us wrong—we’d love to wake up with texture-free, glossy, and beautifully hydrated skin that glows from within (we’re looking at you, Zendaya); it’s the process of getting there that leaves us feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. If you’ve tried your fair share of products and remedies in hopes of getting that gorgeous Zendaya glow, we’re right there with you. And while trying celebrity endorsements may sound like a good idea, it often ends up leaving a bitter taste of disappointment in your mouth. If you’re tired of trying one product after the other and are still waking up with not-so-glowing skin, it may be time to wave generic recommendations goodbye. We’ve rounded up five strategies that actually work to help you achieve healthy and radiant skin. Let’s dive in! 1. We Hate to Admit It… But It’s Mostly About the Diet If you’ve heard this a million times before, we’d like to apologize in advance. But as it turns out, it’s the best piece of advice you’ll ever get. According to consultant dermatologist Dr. Anjali Mahto, diet has a direct correlation with your skin’s external appearance. In her bestselling book, “The Skincare Bible: Your No-Nonsense Guide to Great Skin,” Dr. Mahto uses an army of factual information to stress on the damage caused by consuming processed and packaged foods. While there’s nothing wrong with indulging every now and then, don’t let it become a habit. We suggest following the 80/20 rule that lets you sneak in treats 20% of the time while fueling your skin with nutrient-laden foods 80% of the time. Increase your intake of whole grains, fruit, and vegetables to watch your skin transform within a matter of days. You should specifically focus on incorporating avocados, fatty fish, walnuts, tomatoes (lycopene, yes!), carrots, chia seeds, and fresh greens into your diet. Here are some of the best dermatologist-approved superfoods for glowing skin to help you get started! Of course, don’t forget to increase your water intake. Drink three liters of water every day to ensure adequate hydration and to eliminate the chances of dry, flaky, and tight skin. Not only will tweaking your diet help you get a healthy sheen, but you’ll also notice major improvements in skin texture, elasticity, and plumpness. 2. Retinol Serum Is Your Best Friend While diet helps, it’s not the be-all and end-all of gorgeous skin. The process of achieving a stunning glow is a complex game that involves a fine balance between diet and skincare. Focus all your energy on diet and you’ll end up checkmated. Instead, improve your diet and use the right skincare products to master the art of glowing skin. Retinol is a Vitamin A derivative that tackles dull skin by increasing collagen production and stimulating cell regeneration. By increasing the rate of skin cell turnover, retinol gets rid of dead skin cells and brings fresh, healthy skin cells to the surface. Sounds like a dream, right? It is. But finding the right retinol serum can be tricky. Luckily, at Nosh Body, we’ve done the work for you. Our Rose Goddess Retinol Serum is packed with pure Vitamin A and rosehip seed oil that work wonders for increasing skin elasticity and improving overall glow. While many companies incorporate toxins in their retinol products, we’ve steered clear of any questionable ingredients. Our retinol serum is a powerful cocktail of all-natural and potent ingredients that actually work, instead of promising a lot and leaving customers disappointed. 3. Use a Konjac Sponge to Slough Away Dead Skin Cells Konjac sponges have been quietly taking the world by storm, and we can’t complain one bit. They work, and they work well. If you’re unfamiliar with the nifty tool, we’ll break down the basics for you. A konjac sponge is a gentle facial cleansing exfoliator that gets rid of dead skin cells and reveals glowing skin. Allure, Elle, and Marie Claire have been obsessing over this powerful tool and people are finally starting to realize why. Opt for a black charcoal, green tea, or clean natural konjac sponge to rid your skin of dirt, debris, and pollutants without damaging or irritating the epidermis. Find out more about our different konjac sponges to find the right option for your skin. 4. Take Your Cleansing Game Up Several Notches If you’re still using harsh cleansers, you may be sabotaging your skin without even knowing it. While using oil-free cleansers may sound tempting (goodbye, acne, right?), they can do more damage than good. Harsh cleansers strip the skin of its natural oils. The outcome? Dull, dry, and flaky skin. Even if you have problematic skin, we suggest keeping oil-free cleansers at an arm’s length. Instead, opt for creamy and nourishing cleansers that remove makeup without disturbing the natural pH balance of your skin. Our gentle and nutrient-laden Coconut Key Lime Cleansing Cream gets rid of dirt, oil, and makeup while retaining a healthy glow. Its ingredients deeply penetrate the skin and boost blood flow, so you’re left with a stunning sheen. 5. Tweak Your Lifestyle The process of achieving and retaining a healthy glow requires work. If you’ve checked off diet and skincare, it’s time to make additional changes that will help you sustain your gorgeous glow.
Get at least 7–8 hours of sleep every night to ensure adequate skin repair. Our bodies also produce more collagen during sleep, which plays a big role in reducing fine lines and ensuring skin plumpness and glow. As the delicate skin structures are strengthened, you’ll notice a major improvement in the external appearance of your skin. We also suggest reducing smoking and drinking and limiting sun exposure to protect your skin and retain a healthy glow. Here are some habits you should nip in the bud. Trust us, you’ll thank us in the long run! If you’re ready to get glowing, we can help you out. Browse through our extensive selection of skincare products to give your skin some much-needed TLC. We also offer PETA-approved vegan spray tanning products and luxury body cleansers so you’re all set for lockdown-approved summer festivities! Who doesn’t wish for gorgeous and radiant skin that glows from within? While beautiful, flawless skin is a goal for many people, it’s easier said than done. With the busy lives of most people and external factors such as pollution and stress, achieving healthy skin is a real challenge. However, contrary to popular opinion, healthy and beautiful skin doesn’t usually require emptying your bank account and overhauling your entire life. If you nail some of the basic steps of effective skincare you can revitalize your skin and reverse the signs of aging and other skin issues. Here are some expert tips from leading dermatologists for proper skincare: Sunscreen Is Non-Negotiable! The single most important step of skincare that you can never skip is putting on sunscreen with an SPF 30 or higher whenever you go out. Applying sunscreen every day will protect your skin from sun damage and stop premature signs of aging, such as wrinkles, fine lines, and sunspots. For complete protection, make sure you get a sunscreen with organic ingredients and cover all exposed skin and not just the face. If you want to get a tan, it’s better to choose a natural spray tan with organic and vegan ingredients that won’t harm your skin. Stop Smoking Smoking not only harms your lungs, but it is also bad for your skin. It contributes to wrinkles and makes your skin look older. The tobacco content in cigarettes narrows the blood vessels in the upper layers of the skin, which results in a decreased blood flow making the skin look paler. It also prevents essential nutrients and oxygen from reaching the outermost layers of the skin. Smoking is also harmful for the collagen and elastin that gives strength and elasticity to the skin. As a result, your skin becomes less flexible and more prone to fine lines. Manage Your Stress Effectively You might have noticed your skin is more prone to breakouts when you are stressing about something, such as a job interview or a test. That’s because stress causes hormonal imbalance in the body and weakens the immune system. The disproportionate hormone production results in excessive oil secretion in the skin, which can cause various skin issues. A weak immune system reduces the body’s natural ability to fight off acne-causing bacteria resulting in breakouts. You can keep the stress in check by meditating or doing yoga, getting a massage, or exercising regularly. Eat the Rainbow Proper skincare goes deeper than the outer layers of your epidermis. For healthy and glowing skin, you need to make sure it is getting proper nutrition and essential minerals and vitamins from the inside. This means eating healthy food that is good for your skin and provides your body with all kinds of nutrients that it needs. Include things like Omega-3 and fatty acids to your diet and make sure you don’t skimp on a specific food group. Make sure your diet includes proteins, vegetables, dairy, whole grains, and fresh fruits. Staying hydrated is also essential for your skin as water helps flush out toxins and helps clear the skin. Drinking plenty of water will help transport nutrients and oxygen to your body and enhance cell regeneration! Choose Organic Skincare Products Your skin is the largest organ of your body and requires special care. It is also highly absorbent, and whatever you apply on it, goes directly into your bloodstream. For naturally beautiful and youthful skin, it is recommended that you use less makeup and go for skincare products that are made from natural and organically sourced ingredients. Stay away from cosmetics and skincare products that include additives and harsh chemicals such as parabens, propylene, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances. Natural and organic skincare products also contain 80% to 90% active ingredients. This makes them more effective at supplying proper nourishment and benefits of those ingredients to the skin. Dry skin that is left untreated can become tight, weak, flaky, and prone to skin conditions. Here are some of the reasons why you may be experiencing this: 1. You Wash Too OftenKeeping yourself clean is great, but using harsh products excessively will leave your skin feeling dry. Our skin comes with a natural moisture barrier that consists of water, oil, and other natural moisturizing factors. When we bathe using body washes, shower gels, or even some cleaners, it strips our skin of these essential hydrators, causing it to feel dry and parched. Dermatologists recommend opting for oil-based cleansers and limit their use. Using too much of even the best products can be bad for the skin. 2. Washing With Very Hot WaterIt’s no secret that showering with hot water is incredibly relaxing, but while your mind may be at ease under a hot shower, your skin is likely irritated. The skin isn’t designed to withstand high temperatures. Hot water breaks down our skin’s natural barrier, strips its oils, and causes inflammation and irritation. If you have tight, flaky skin, it’s likely because you have long, hot showers. Dermatologists suggest not showering for longer than 10 minutes, using temperate water, and patting your skin dry. 3. There’s a pH ImbalanceOur skin is on slightly on the acidic side of the pH scale because it needs to protect us from bacteria and environmental triggers. Conventional bar soaps have an alkaline pH that disturbs the outer layer of the skin and makes us prone to bacteria. For healthy skin, we need cleansing agents that match our skin’s natural pH. You can also opt for gentle cleansers that allow you to clean your skin without disturbing its pH. 4. You’re Exfoliating Excessively It’s tempting to exfoliate rough skin in an attempt to get the smooth, supple skin you want, but exfoliating excessively will further aggravate your skin.
If you have dry skin, use a gentle body scrub no more than twice a week, and make sure to moisturize afterward to replenish all the essential oils. Are you ready to put your dry skin woes behind you? We’ve got you covered! Nosh Body has an organic skincare line that includes luxury body cleansers for adults and body scrubs. Our products are organic, vegan, and PETA approved. They are free of harsh detergents that strip the body of moisture. Check out our skincare line online and place your order today. There was once a time when family members would share a bar of soap. Today, bars of soap have been replaced with body washes in most households; these last longer and aren’t as messy as bar soaps. But not all body washes are the same; some are more suitable for your skin than others. Use the following tips to help you pick the best body wash for your skin type: Shower GelsHave you noticed how some bottles are labeled “body washes”, and others are “shower gels”? Consumers tend to use both terms interchangeably, but they aren’t the same. The primary function of a body wash is to clean the skin thoroughly, and that’s exactly what shower gels do—a little too well. Shower gels are made of detergent and water. The detergent consists of sodium laureth sulfate, and is designed to clean grime and oil from surfaces. Detergent is harsh on the skin, so manufacturers have to add conditioning agents to their products to make them more suitable. They also infuse scents into them to provide lasting fragrance after use. Because of the quantity of detergent in these products, they can make the skin dry—especially if you already have dry skin. Shower gels are also help wash away sweat post-workout, but their harsh ingredients can leave the skin feeling very dry. Unless you want to slather layers of heavy moisturizers on you, it’s better you opt for a body wash over a shower gel, regardless of your skin type. Body WashesIf you’ve used both shower gels and body washes, you’ll know that the latter is a lot creamier. They also look more like a lotion than gel and offer moisturizing benefits. Body washes consist of large quantities of oil (sunflower and soybean), which make them gentler on the skin. They may also have petroleum jelly to help their particles latch on to the skin; this way, your skin feels moisturized even after you rinse the product off. Over exposure to the sun, heat and dry weather causes the skin to feel parched. If you have extremely dry skin, look for a moisturizing, organic body wash that are enriched with natural ingredients that nourish the body. Additional Benefits Other than cleaning and nourishing the body, body washes, and shower gels can also provide additional benefits that include exfoliation and medicinal treatments for people with skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis. Organic Body WashesNosh Body has an exquisite organic skincare line that includes luxury body cleansers for adults. Our products are completely organic, they’re vegan, and PETA approved. They are free of harsh detergents that strip the body of moisture.

The term vegan is no longer exclusively used in a dietary context; it’s grown to encompass every aspect of life, including the development of skincare products. 2019 was declared ‘The year of the vegan’ by The Economist, with almost a quarter of millennials identifying as vegetarians or vegans. Outspoken celebrities such as Miley Cyrus and Beyoncé have been quite vocal about going vegan and are encouraging fans to switch as well. Much like the dietary restrictions that come with being vegan, vegan skincare avoids any ingredients derived from animals or animal byproducts. Vegan skincare products don’t include traditional ingredients such as honey, keratin, collagen, and beeswax. These ingredients are substituted with plant-based or synthetic ingredients that have been sourced ethically. Good for Your Skin! The ingredients used in vegan skincare products are natural—and very minimal. They nourish the skin gently by penetrating it, and are free from any chemicals that cause skin irritation or other dermal issues. Since vegan skincare products are entirely made from plant extract, they are suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. They also contain minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants that help hydrate and repair skin cells. Although vegan ingredients do not contain the collagen that is necessary for keeping the skin fresh and rejuvenated, the plant-based ingredients boost the natural collagen production of the skin, keeping it looking younger and healthier for longer. Good for the Planet! The runoff from most synthetic skincare products contains harmful and toxic chemicals. Once it goes down the drain, it eventually ends up contaminating the earth, as well any water source nearby, including rivers, lakes, and oceans. It also contains a large number of animal byproducts that are derived from livestock. Studies show that livestock is responsible for almost 50% of the world’s greenhouse gas emissions. Not to mention all the poor animals that are subjected to product testing to make sure that these products are safe for human use. Vegan skincare products do not contain any animal products or byproducts. They are also free from harsh chemicals and pesticides that many animals are exposed to. The ingredients are completely biodegradable, which means they don’t end up contaminating the earth or the water supply. The reduced carbon footprint is one of the main reasons people are moving towards vegan skincare products! Try Natural Vegan Skincare Products in California: Nosh Body Co is one of the leading natural luxury skincare company in Orange County, California. What started as a small home-based business has grown into a thriving business with an entire range of organic luxury vegan products such as vegan natural tanning lotion, vegan bath and body products, and organic baby skincare products.
Check out our entire range made with the finest quality natural organic ingredients today! Millions of women in the United States put on several different types of cosmetic products on their skin after they wake up. This is exemplified in the fact that the cosmetic industry in the U.S. is worth $72 billion From influencers to brand loyalty, several trends are shaping the future of the cosmetic industry. However, one of the biggest ones is customer demand for clean, natural, and sustainable products that are made from organic ingredients. According to a survey by Forbes, over 59% of customers indicated that they would consider switching their favorite cosmetics brand for a brand that offers natural products. Let’s take a look at the amazing benefits of natural and organic skincare products: No Harmful Ingredients How many times have you picked up a skincare product from your local drug store and failed to recognize its ingredients? Most non-organic skincare products are full of human-made synthetic chemicals such as sulfates, sodium laurel, petroleum, and parabens. These ingredients can cause dermal issues such as irritated and inflamed skin. Long-term use can even lead to hormonal imbalances and organ toxicity. The best thing about natural and organic skincare products is that you can recognize almost every ingredient used to make them. All components are derived from plants and, most importantly, they are grown organically without using GMOs, pesticides, and synthetic fertilizers. That means your body only absorbs natural and real ingredients that are completely safe. Suitable For Most Skin Types As organic and natural skincare products don’t contain any harsh chemicals, they are less likely to cause irritation, inflammation, and allergic reactions. Any allergic reactions caused by natural skincare products can be directly linked to food allergies, such as strawberries or peanuts, all of which are quite easy to identify and avoid. Better Results Organic skincare products are made in the most natural way possible to preserve the vital vitamins and antioxidants found in the plants that comprise them. Because they are grown without using pesticides and herbicides, the products are free from contaminants. This also means that 95% of the product’s contents are active ingredients, which makes them more effective compared to synthetic skincare products that contain only 5 to 10% active ingredients. Healthier, Glowing SkinWhile synthetic skincare products may offer quick, visible results and provide instant gratification, long-term exposure to the chemical components of these products can weaken and damage the skin. Prolonged exposure to synthetic chemicals can reduce the skin’s oxygenation levels, causing wrinkles and other signs of aging to appear prematurely. Natural skincare products can take longer to show any visible results, but the real nutritional benefits of the organic ingredients are incomparable. They are gentle on the skin and are known to replenish, moisturize, and nourish for long-term healthy and glowing skin. Better For the Planet! The beauty industry has often received criticism for its impact on the environment, as well as conducting animal testing to ensure that products are safe for humans. Natural skincare products have a minimal impact on the environment as they are free from toxic chemicals and are fully biodegradable. Organic skincare products are also cruelty-free. Made with all-natural ingredients, they don’t require testing to ensure they are safe for humans! Choose Nosh Body for Natural Skincare! Nosh Body Co is a growing home-based business in Orange County, California. Dedicated to making your skin healthy and happy, Nosh Body offers a line of organic luxury vegan skincare and body treatments that are made with the finest high-quality ingredients. Check out our entire range, including organic baby skincare products and organic vegan natural tanning lotion! So here we are, in the middle of an epidemic I never thought I'd see. And of course it would take place once I opened a small business. I ran everything online and recently rented a cute little place in Newport Beach on a busy street off of 17th Street and PCH.
I work hard, I have 2 children and just like everyone else, things are uncertain right now. I have no will to stop what I'm doing because it brings me joy and I need to continue for myself mentally and spiritually. I will do just as everyone else and cut my costs to be below cost, because I need to create and move products. Right now if you are a grocery store you're fine. If you are a skincare line also inside the store you are fine. Small businesses are the ones who aren't going to make it and we are the ones who need to most of all. I mean, come on, look at what these little guys like myself offer. NoSH BoDY uses the BEST ingredients, they are paraben free, non-toxic, never harmful, always fresh, organic and mostly vegan as well, earth friendly, safe for children, excellent for delicate and sensitive skin, tested, have results and is guaranteed. The products speak for themselves and so do the ratings on Google, YELP, Facebook and my Intagram followers and clients include celebrities and are often featured on their IG Stories. I also have been written up and featured in The Skinny Confidential Blog and won awards and been the featured business for Tailor Brands. I have worked in skincare and cosmetics for many years prior to NoSH BoDY and have a passion for creating products that are interesting and unique to my brand. I literally make Food For the Skin, especially since it is the largest organ. I am Beettan Certified and offer SugarBeet Spray Tanning at my studio or I do mobile pop-ups in home or anywhere you'd like to have an event. Bachelorette parties are the BEST! This tan goes on dry, doesn't use bronzers so you can wear white after you spray, uses your own natural color to develop into your own golden glow. So it is NOT a FAKE TAN, it is real. The Sugar in the Beets created the DHA and your own natural epidermis to create your personal tan. You should try it sometime of course onece things go back to normal. In the mean time there is also, a self tanner that is buildable and goes on clear, it fool proof and smells great too just like the spray. As far as right now and the world and COVID-19 I feel it is God calling out to us all. He is asking us all to STOP! Life needed to come to a halt, we were all running the rat race and living from one stressful moment to the next. Money may be the uncertainty right now but what does our soul need. We need to reconnect with family, spend more time at home with our loved ones, take a step back from the world and go into the darkness to once again see the light. Next time maybe we will see, we will know and we will understand that we need to balance things better. Also, love thy neighbor, not hoard and steal toilet paper from others or bottled water. I'm not here to judge but honestly people, your soul can live with that? Let's be kind, giving and show peace and happiness. Be thankful and grateful for each day. Again, so online, support small businesses that are struggling. If you need a product, try looking online at the bottom of the search for a local company and see what they offer. I have my customers purchasing online and shipping or purchase and do porch pick up if needed. Let's give everyone a change to make it out of this and still be ok. Sending all of your family, friends, co-workers etc a healthy quarantine time and we will get through this....UNITED! Grateful and thankful, Shalene Bain Creator/Owner NoSH BoDY |
